OWC10: Legend Limitation...

I am publishing a stacked bar chart from Excel. There is a large
number elements in the stack. Some of these elements are not showing
up in the legend. I feel like I've exceeded a maximum displayable
elements in the legend. Is there a specific limit? Is there some way
to have a two column legend? Is there a scroll bar available in the
legend?

These things you ask for are not available by default. The good news is you
can build them in using custom drawing pretty easily. Here is a link:
