OWC10 Primary Interop Assemblies on a production server

I have installed and registered the OWC10 PIAs on my
local machine and the development server by unzipping all
the dlls into a directory and then running the
register.bat file from that machine. Seems to work
great, of course I have a .net command prompt from which
to execute the register.bat file. My question is:

How do I install the OWC10 Primary Interop Assemblies
into the GAC on the production web server? The .net
command prompt is not available on that server since only
the .net redistributable is installed there. Please keep
it simple if you know. I need as much detail as possible.
