OWC11 pivot table - no scrollbars

Hello

In a .NET winforms app a pivot table does not show any scrollbars, even
when contents does not fit in the window. Any hints are welcome.

Specific to the computer or it happens elsewhere?

Unfortunately a library, used by app contains a hard coded reference to
a DB on localhost and there is no easy way I can test it on another PC.
What I noticed is when pivot table window is first open, for a few
milliseconds there is a scrollbar, which later disappears. Tried autofit
, scale, autoscroll on the container, but no luck so far.
