I understand and see what you are saying. However, the help file programming
concepts found in the pivot table help file is not necessarily limited to
the pivot table object, it explains concepts for the OWC in general. Notice
that the parent nodes for this item in question is OWC VB reference. In
fact the 5 leaves only contain 2 leaves that are specifically related to the
chart > Microsoft Office Chart workspaces examples and Creating an
Accessible chart. The leaf titled Using Named Constants in VBScript shows
how to implement named constansts - it just so happens to use the chart as
an implementation.
Finally, you should notice that all the object help files (chart, pivot,
excel and data source) contain this node with the same information.

Everything in the OWCDPL11.CHM file is fine except the Programming
Information section. On my machine everything in that section is identical
to
the same sections in the chart's help file. The Programming Concepts
pages,
object descriptions, etc. are all about charts and not the pivot table.

Terry,
The OWCDPL11.CHM file on my system points to the pivot table. Examining
this
help file, there is no material related to charts. OWCRDP11.CHM and
OWCRPL11.CHM also map to the correct sources. What are you seeing on your
end?

The help file for the Pivot Table, OWCDPL11.CHM, has the same
Programming
Information section as the chart component. It doesn't apply to the
Pivot
Table. Does anyone know if there has been a fix for this?
