OWC9 issue with Office2003

Office2003 (which is the only version of Office installed) installs the
OWC9, 10, and 11 libraries, but if I try to set a reference in VB6 it says
there's a conflict.

The only references in my project (aside from the normal VB references) are
ADO and the Scripting library.

I tested a call to the OWC9 library via a simple ASP page on my machine and
it works fine.

Any ideas?

Hi Rob,

From my view, OWC9.0 is very old and the object model has been enhanced at
OWC 10/11; please uninstall OWC9.0 and test this once more. It is
recommended that you use the OWC 10/11 for the development. If any system
needs the OWC component, please install the OWC11 setup package of Office
2003 CD at these boxes.
