p910i and Synch with Outlook 2003

I am having trouble synchronizing my P910i and MS Outlook 2003. I have
Windows SP2. Turned off all firewalls and antivirus. When i ttries to
sync, i
get the error : You are not authorised for the selected operation or the
username/password is incorrect.
