PAB conversion doesn't work

Hi,

We are migrating to Windows Server 2003 domain.
We install Office 2003 on the new platform.
Using Custom Installation Wizard, PAB conversion to an
Outlook address book doesn't work.

Any idea of what I have to do/configure to have what I
expect ?
