Pack and Go cross-platform

TIA for any information.
I have a presentation created in PC PPT 2003 with embedded wmv and wav
files. All screens are timed and auto-advance. My client wants to have a
single CD which will auto-launch and play full screen on either PC or Mac
platforms.
When I create a CD using the Pack & Go process, it doesn't launch on a Mac.
I know this has been an issue in the past, but am hoping it now can be done
or that a workaround has been developed.
