Pack and Go Destination Problem

I'm trying to "Pack" a Powerpoint presentation
to go from from "C" to "D" drive for CD-ROM distribution
(for both IBM PC and Mac user applications, if possible).
But when I get to Pack and Go Wizard's destination
request, it says "D" drive is invalid directory; another
time it says I don't have access to "D", see
administrator. (I'm administrator).

Am I doing something wrong. Any help greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition and Office 2000

PowerPoint can't write directly to your CD. Try doing pack to a folder on
your hard drive and then moving the resulting files to your CD.

Pack and Go to your local Hard Drive, and then burn to your CD. which leads me to ask why you are using Pack and Go when your putting the presentation onto a CD.
