Pack and Go Wizard Troubles

I am receiving the following message when using the pack and go wizard to a
commercial printer.
"Publisher could not pack your publication. You may be out of space on your
hard disk. Delete any unnecessary files and then try again." The file I am
attempting to pack, to drive D, is a 154kb business card. I have 213GB of
free space on my hard drive.

Do you have a hard drive on drive c? And if so, are you able to pack and go
to that drive?

Yes, I was able to pack and go to a temporary folder on Drive C on my hard
drive.
