"Pack and Go"

I prepared adisplay ad in Publisher 2000 and converted it to a .pdf
file, then sent it to four different newspapers.

Two of them said it was satisfactory, two of them said I had to "embed"
the fonts.

I scratched around and found "Pack and Go", but as the King of Komputer
Klutzes, I need detailed instructions of how to proceed. Can you help?
