Can I package an Access 2000 application using the Visual
Studio Tools for Office System ?

I just received the VS Tools for Office 2003 and it seems to me the answer
is yes and no. According to the documentation, which I've not completely
read, the Access Developer is looking for Access runtime 2003. Thus if the
Access 2003 runtime is available, I would think that a Access 2000 mdb could
be packaged. Absent Access runtime 2003 it appears it would fail.
