Package a Viso file with linked files in HTML on CD

Hi, I wish to save a Viso file that has hyperlinks to photos. The folder that
contains the photos is a sub folder of the folder that contains the Viso
file. I burned this to a CD and everything works on the PC I created it on.
But the links do not work on other computers.
Is there a way to make this work?

I should mention that I wish to save the file in HTML format to CD. To be
viewable by any PC.
