Package and Deployment wizard - guest account

I have used the Package and Deployment wizard as a way to distribute an ADP
application. ADP is installed by a guy from the IT department with admin
rights. Things work fine as long as users have administrator rights on the
box where the app is being installed. But some users only limited rights on
their box and then program doesn't work.

What is the right way to solve problem? (Apart from giving admin rights to
users)

In case it should interest anyone I thought I'd better post the solution.
The reason is that a guest account doesn't have write permission to the
folder where the the ADP file is located.
