packaging a document with linked document

I have a large document with many linked documents. Is there an easy
way to mail or gather all the documents to send to someone ? I use
edit links it shows a list of documents but only a partial path. It
would be a long manual process to gather all the documents this way.

Use Ctrl+A then Ctrl+Shift+F9 to convert the links into the actual documents
