Packaging Wizard from Office Developer

I Have Office Developer installed and I'm trying to make
a run time version of my database.
When I install the packaging wizard in Visual basic, it
stops and asks for a DvDeo.msi file. I can't find this
file, and then the installation is canceled.
How can I solve this?
