Packaging Wizard Problem

I am using Access 2002 Developer to install a very small Bank Check Database
with a report that numbers and puts MICR Bank Numbers(funny numbers font at
the bottom of a check). I have installed all the latest service paks and
updates to office Developer. When trhe Wizard builds the Package it installs
a font we are licensed to distribute for the MICR numbers O.K. After burning
a CD with the Package, etc. and trying to install on an XPHome computer
without MS Office it comes up with an error that says it requires NT4.0 and
Service Pak 6 or 6a. Anybody's help will be greatly appreciated.
