Packaging Word Doc & Hyperlinks for distribution on CD

Gooid mroning.
I have completed a fairly length document in MS Word. It
includes a number of hyperlink files in other folders on
my hard drive and now I have to package the main document
and the hyperlink files and burn them to a CD to send to
my client.I want the reader to be able to use the
hyperlinks to access the other files rather than
incorporate them in the document as it would end up being
enormous.

I am having trouble in understanding how to set the
hyperlinks up for this exercise and them to put it all on
the CD. If anyone has the time to asssist I would
appreciate the help.

On your hard disk create a folder called CD. Put your main document in this
folder. Put all the referenced documents in the same folder or in
sub-folders of it. Then move the whole shebang to your CD.

Although Word displays hyperlinks as absolute paths, it actually works them
out as relative paths: so provided the relative arrangement of your files
remains the same, you should be OK.
