I am doing a web page with a response page. when I preview the web page I
get "page 5 contains objects that overlap a form control". I have redone the
page numerous times and get the same thing. I can not find anywhere that
anything is overlaping. Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps use the Design Checker to see what is overlapping, and the Snap To
function to avoid overlapping elements.

Click around (or zoom out select all) and look for an empty text box,
or some other invisible object like that. You might only notice it
when something like forms objects to it.
