Page alignment

We installed Office 2007 on two separate computers in this office. When we
bring up the same document, whether it is created from an outside source or
one of these two computers, it is viewed differently. On one computer, it
looks fine, prints fine. On the other computer, it is not aligned correctly,
and type will align so that it is moved up and will get on top of slide
titles, etc. What could be causing this?

Unfortunately, all we have are LAN printers on the system. It doesn't just
print out of alignment, it's viewed on screen as well out of alignment.

Hi

You don't need to have a printer attached, just a printer driver installed.
I know it sounds crazy but it *does* affect how powerpoint displays stuff on
screen. Honestly. give it a go - it won't take you long :)

How to install a local printer driver

How to select a default printer
http://pptfaq.com/FAQ00131.htm

An alternative issue would be if the font used in the presentation isn't
installed on that machine. But try the printer driver thing first.
