Page border prints top cut off

I'm tryihng to create a place mat for valentines day. I insert a border of
hearts on a legal size document. When I go to print it, the hearts are cut
off about a 3rd. I´ve used o.5¨and o.75¨ margins as well as other sizes, but
nothing works! HELP!
