Page Borders

I have borders to the flush edge of each side of the page, however in
printing (and print preview) the top border has white space between the edge
of the page and border. Help!!!

There is always a certain amount of unprintable area in any Word document.
This is dictated by the printer driver; for mechanical reasons, most
printers can't print clear to the edge.
