Page Borders

[Bob Beed]

When I place a page border on a document it all looks good
in Print Layout, but when I go to Print Preview and take a
hard copy the bottom line is missing. Any ideas please.
I have checked the printable area for my HP 895Cix printer
and that does not seem to be the problem.
