Page Break Errors

Hi, I'm using word 2003. I have a document that has been
created in a two column table one side for narrative and
one side for reference. The Document is fine until I send
it to a co worker who is using word 2000. When he opens
the document he gets page breaks within the table in a
few places that visually show only what is on the page
before the break and then leaves the page unfinished this
happens in two or three places.. Same thing when the doc
is printed, but fine when I print it. I can see the
breaks but can't do anything to get rid of them. Has
anybody experienced this? Any answers out there?
