Click on the Sorting and Grouping Icon in the report design
toolbar. State should be defined as one of the groups. Click on the
row and change the Keep Together property. The possible choices are
None, Whole Group and First Detail.
Beware that sometimes when a whole group cannot fit onto 1 page,
the report will go on forever, spitting out blank pages...
I have a report that is by category, ie name of state. When I
print some of the states will be at the end of the page and
then next page has the info I need to add a page break that if
the category will be at the bottom of the page it will jump to
the top of the next page. How can I keep these together?
