Page breaks Infopath 2003

I've built a report template which is published at a network level to be used
by several facilities. The reports are printed in hard copy to be retained
in files. In order to leave space at the bottom of the printed document for
a stamp which has to be applied manually, I increased the bottom margin to
1.5". We are finding that if a page break hits in the middle of one of the
rich text boxes, part of the content is missing in the printed copy. We did
not have this problem on an old form which used the pre-set margins. Is
there a way to fix this without changing the margin back. There are several
repeating tables in the form, so there is no way to predict where page breaks
will hit.
