Page Breaks

I can not see the automatic page breaks in normal view.
The inserted page breaks do show. How and/or where can I
turn on the view for automatice page breaks?

They're not displayed unless you have nonprinting characters displayed.
Press Ctrl+* or click the Show/Hide ¶ button on the Standard toolbar.

Thanks, but that isn't it. I have show/Hide on. In normal
view I can see the inserted page break regardless if
Show/Hide is on or off. I can't see the automatic page
break that usually would display but now isn't.

Do you have background repagination disabled on the General tab of Tools |
Options?
