Page Breaks

I am in normal view. I rest my curser on the dotted line but the icon pointer used to adjust the page break never comes up? I need to adjust the page breaks? I was able to do it before; but now I can not.

Are you sure you weren't in View/Page Break Preview when you were doing it before? That's where I do it.
