Page color...

Hi,

I just discovered a strange artifact while printing my OneNote pages...

I selected "Page Setup" then chose "Letter" to force it to print to letter
sized pages. (Great printing, by the way. I was very happy with how it
scaled my notes and made for a very readable print out.)

When it was in Letter, however, the page was colored a dark color. Changing
page color below had no effect. The only thing that finally returned it to a
normal color was resetting the Paper Size Size: field back to Auto.

Thanks,
Rudy

I just tried this in a post-B2TR build:
1) Open OneNote
2) Create a new page
3) Change page size to Letter
4) Note that the page size was changed
5) No page color changing

I would say no repro. If you have more steps please let me know.

Interesting... I experimented with my other notebooks and have a little more
information.

When I select the other notebooks and choose "letter" for papersize, the
same basic coloration happens, except that what it's doing makes more sense.
It darkens just the area that won't be printed in a letter format.

However, in my main school notebook, when I select "letter" it darkens the
whole page - as if none of the area were within the printable area. All of
the sections of the notebook behave the same way...

I'm not really certain of any other changes... the school notebook is by far
my largest - on the order of 30MB or so. It's the only one that I've
actually printed from. I experimented with printing it in multiple formats -
portrait, landscape, scaled, etc...

Other experiments you'd like me to try?

Rudy
