page fault in word 2000 while printing & editing

i am using ms word 2000 on windows 98 platform pc. the problem i am facing
while multiple print copies it says " word is causing invalid page fault in
winword.exe at address xxxx:xxxxxxxx ". i've tried to solve this problem by
using detect and repair tool in word, removing winword.exe from registry then
reinstalling ms office, with normal.dot, re-installing printer driver,
copying the contents of the faulty document in other new document, saving and
retriving the document using RTF, still i am facing the same problem.
