Page Format Word 2003 vs Word 2000

I have a Windows 98 system with Word 2000. When I create a document and
share it with my manager, who has a Windows XP with Word 2003, his printing
of the document his different. Despite the fact that the margins are the
same, the font choice and size are the same as mine, it wraps text sooner
than mine does.
Is there a way around this? Changing my margins or spacing to accommodate
him would make the document look awful for me.

Thanks.

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm for an explanation.

This problem is pretty much unavoidable when you're using different printer
drivers. And even if you're using the same printer, the difference between
Windows 98 and Windows XP means that you can't use the same driver.
