Page Formatting When Printing

Hi gang, I have a question regarding formatting. First, I'm printing to a
Xerox 2125. It has full bleed on the bottom. When I have a 'low' footer, say
..3", it will cut off the bottom. To get around this, I have to go to page
setup, then change the 'Format For' drop down to reflect my printer.

This works great, but I want this to be the default setting for all my
documents. I don't want to have to change this when I create a new document,
or when someone sends me one. Is there way to keep this setting for every
document I open?

Hi Jeff,

After making the change and while still in the print dialog box, switch the
Page Attributes display to the Microsoft Word display and click Default.
