Hi, I hope you are doing well.

I have a form with a Form Header whose information
displays at the top of the form in the Form and Print
Preview mode. On this same form, I have a Page Header I
use to include my column headers for the data in the
details section to assist the users in completing the
form.

Problem is: The page headers do not show up in the Form
mode but do in the Print Preview mode. How do I fix this
so when the form is displayed for data QC/entry, the
headings in the Page Header display?

The Page Header and Page Footer are only 'visible' when previewing or
printing.

Place your controls in the Form Header.
