I use ON as a project manager and print sheets to use in a binder. Is there
any way that the TITLE and timestamp info can be switched? In other words, I
want the Title to appear on the Right (easier to read when in a binder) and
the date on the left??

Not in the current version, I'm afraid. You can't even delete the page
title and manually retype it on the other side.
