page layout changes when I publish to my web host

I'm new to Front Page 2003 and having trouble publishing my pages.
They look fine in the Preview in Front Page, and they look fine when I F12
to view them in my browser.
Everything seems to load to my web host just fine, but when I try to view my
pages, some of the layout gets messed up (text and images seem to change
their positions relative to eachother).
In case it helps, I'm basically trying to do a newsletter online, so there
are tables and pix and autoshapes and lots of text throughout. I used Layout
Tables a lot when I created the pages. I also found it easiest to put items
in separate Layers, so I have pages using 8-10 layers each.
Is there some way I need to be forcing the relative positioning of all these
items so the page stays properly laid out?

Don't use autoshapes, text boxes or WordArt - they will give real
problems when viewed in other browsers, especially if the autoshapes are
placed in absolute or relative positioned elements.

Thanks Ronx. I've been knocking myself out trying to get autoshapes and text
boxes to work. It sounds like you're saying I should give up on that idea
because it just won't work.
Do you know of a way to get the same result as using autoshapes without
actually using autoshapes? I like to be able to add attention-getting
comments throughout my newsletter using the autoshapes.

Create the autoshapes in a new page. Cut and paste the autoshape to a
graphics editor, crop as required and save for the web - usually save as
a transparent .gif for an autoshape. Import the images and use those
instead of the autoshape.
For text boxes, consider a div or other container (<p>, table cell, etc)
with a border.
It is usually best to avoid placing text in layers since if the user
increases the text size, the text will either overflow the layer and
obscure the next object below, which may be another lot of text, or the
text will be cut off and unreadable.
