I need to know how I can enable my page layout dialogue box in excell 2007 on
my home pc. I don't have a printer, so the software won't let me. I have to
save my work and go to a pc that has a printer before I can set up my
worksheets to print the way I want.

Use any printer driver you want. You don't have to have the physical printer.

Install a printer driver (I'd use the one you use when you print) and then try
it.

If you have absolutely no printer installed on your home PC, a good one to
install so you'll have something to work with is probably PDF Printer from
SourceForge:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
It is a 'virtual' printer - no physical printer at all, any file you print
using that printer actually ends up as a .pdf file on your computer, which in
itself can be a handy tool to have at times if you're not using Office 2007
with the Publish to PDF add-in.

Enable/install Microsoft Office Document Image Writer, in Office Setup,
then you are good to go.
