Page layout view changed

When I open up a new document from the program icon or an already existing
document, the document in the print layout view is the size of a postage
stamp. The document is parked up in the upper left-hand corner and the ruler
numbers are all up in the corner; the rest is gray background. It never used
to be this way. I used to have (and on any other document I have) a print
layout that covered the whole page with the gray background on all sides.
That's what I prefer to type in, not the "normal" view, where I can't even
see my margins. Yesterday I attempted a "fix", was prompted to put in the
original CD, and ended up with a window indicating that the process was
successful. But the problem wasn't resolved.

Several possibilities, but the obvious are: under Tools, View, Zoom is it
set to 100%? The other is a partially corrupt printer driver: first make
sure that you have the latest driver available, then delete the printer and
reinstall it using the new driver.
