Page Layout

Hello all!

I've just updated my current version of Word to 2002.

I'm trying to view my page layout of address labels. In
Word '98, I would select my labels and click View and then
page layout, so I could view the gridlines on the page of
labels.

With Word 2002, I don't have that option. Would anyone
know how I can view the gridlines on a page of mailing
labels?

I appreciate any suggestions you can offer.

Have you tried going to TABLE -> SHOW GRIDLINES ? I tried
this with my Word 2002 labels, and this menu option
toggles the label gridlines on and off while in PRINT
LAYOUT viewing option.

In addition to setting the view to Page Layout, you need to go to the Table
menu and click Show Gridlines. For more information, see
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/Gridlines.htm.

This is exactly the same as in every earlier version of Word -- you must not
have ever hidden the gridlines before.
