Page Margin

Hello
i have a report to print on a4 size paper,210x297 mm size
i am print in portrait.i put left margin 8mm and right
margin 8mm and my section size is 28cm,when i print i get
1 extra blank page.if i reduce the section size the left
margin automatic change to 12.7mm.
how to solve this?
