Page Names are Numbers instead of Header

We all share a one note section for staff meetings. When one of the staff
links up to the networked section, each page is showing as a number instead
of the Header titles. Is there some option or customization that could have
triggered this?

Need help to change it back. Thanks.

At the bottom right corner there is a round button with an arrow. Hover
over it and the screen tip will say "Show Page Titles". Click it.
