Page Not Present On Web

FP lists as an error on the contact.htm page the following:

(1) A FrontPage Save Results component contains "contactthanks.htm" as a
confirmation or failure URL, but this page is not present in the Web.

why is that?

It is supposed to be the confirmation page for:

http://juliehamiltonart.com/contact.htm
