Assuming you mean digits in the script of Arab languages, you need to first
install an Arabic language font. (Do a Google search and you will find
several sources of free and commercial fonts.) Install the font.
Page numbers are inserted in headers or footers (View/Headers & Footers) -
but you knew that already.
Simply insert the page number , highlight the number and set it font to your
Arabic font.
