Page Number or Page Number with Description My Tasks

What determines if only the Page number appears in the lower right hand
corner of My Tasks in the list of pages of tasks or the Page number with the
description of the first task on the page?

In production we have the Page number with the description displaying and
the users love this as they can better navigate from page to page but in test
we only have the Page number displaying. I do not know how to change test
to display the page number plus the task description. I also want to make
sure if I implement changes made in test to production, the users do not lose
the page number with the description.

I figured out this is based on which column in My Tasks is being used to Sort
the tasks. If My Tasks is sorted on Task Name - the Page Number and
Description of the task on the page appears, if My Tasks is sorted on Task ID
- just the Page number appears.
