How can I position the page numbers that are in the Page Footer Section to

This question shouldn't make sense. The Page Footer section
always prints in the same position.

It almost sounds like you are using the Report Footer
section.

My reason for using Word to print and not Access is because I am trying to
print in bookfold format a 41 page contact list that was created in Access
using page setup of 3x5 size mini pages and I wanted to duplex print 4
minipages per 8.5 x 11 sheet. Access does not have book fold print
capability and I need to rearrange the pages (using Excel) so that the
order
of print will be correct for a bookfold that will be folded and stapled in
the middle. Unlesss I can find a way using VBA Access to help me I'm
stuck
with this complicated mess of having to do this every time I update the DB
in
Access

Have you investigated a third-party product such as ClickBook by Blue
Squirrel Software? I have, in the past, used it successfully for the purpose
you describe. There are other similar products, but I haven't used them.
