Page Number Truncated on Printing

For the first time I have a document that exceeds 1000 pages. I added page numbers and when printed, all pages above 999 truncate the right most number. Print preview shows the page as "100n" but only "100" prints. I can't find any way to format this bottom, centered page number to allow more field width to print all four digits

Any help would be much appreciated. Please also cc general post response to james.castellan "at" bigfoot.co
