Page Numbering Error in Word 2007

I just started getting an error message about "the BuildingBlocks.dotx file
won't open" and now I can't insert page numbers into my documents. I found
a supposed "fix" for this error on another site, but it didn't work. I even
copied the BuildingBlocks.dotx file from another computer into the correct
folder, and it still didn't fix it. Has anyone else encountered this
problem?

To insert page numbering, you can insert the desired fields - Page,
NumPages, SectionPages - by selecting the Insert tab of the Ribbon and then
checking the Quick Parts pulldown in the Text section and then selecting
Fields, or you can simply use Ctrl+F9 to insert a pair of field delimiters
{ } and then type the name of the field that you want to use inside them.

e.g. { Page } of { NumPages }

You must use Ctrl+F9 for the field delimiters; You cannot use the { and }
keys on the keyboard. You use Alt+F9 to toggle off the display of the field
codes.
