Page Numbering Glitch

I have a document with page numbers of the format "Page # of ##" where #
is the current page number and ## is the total number of pages in the
document. All looks well in the document on screen, showing "Page 2 of
109," "Page 60 of 109," etc.

But when I print the document, both numbers become the current page
number, so it shows "Page 2 of 2," "Page 60 of 60," etc.

Has anyone seen this, and does anyone have a fix? Thank you.

Are you using Mac? This is a Mac Word newsgroup. Your newsreader
suggests you're on Windows.

This was just covered extensively on MacFixIt. It's an old and very well
