Page Numbering in Word Document

Page number of the multiple page document Shows page/no of
pages format in print preview as it should But when I
print the document It prints as page 1 of 1 , 2 of 2 etc
instead of 1of 2, 2 of 2.

Please advise If anyone of you know how to fix this
