Page Numbering informat "Page X of N"

I wish to do page numbering in Word 2002 in a format that
gives me the word Page followed by the <page number> then
the word Of followed by the <total number of pages> in a
footer flush right...please advise of the correct format
to do this! Thanks!

Hi Cathie

You will find the instructions for doing this in the Word Help under 'add
page numbers'.

1. View | Header and Footer. This puts you in the header pane.

2. On the Header and Footer toolbar, click the Switch Between Header and
Footer button to get to the footer pane.

3. Press Ctrl+R to right-align the footer (assuming you don't intend to put
anything besides the page number in the footer).

4. From the AutoText menu on the H&F toolbar, choose Page X of Y.
