Page Numbering On Footer

Hi All

I am currently experiencing a problem with the footer on the first page of my documents. I have inserted a page number in the format of 'Page X of Y' however the first page always shows as Page 1 of 1 when I open the document up, if I then click into the footer it updates to Page 1 of 4 however despite saving the document continues to open showing Page 1 of 1 on the first page. (other pages are correct)

Does anyone have any ideas which could fix this please?
